2019 has been a challenging year. Right at the beginning of January, a major healing crisis began. My lower legs, abdomen, neck, ears and arms experienced swelling, cuts, oozing and wounds. As this happened, psoriasis symptoms spread back out again over the shoulders, back, upper legs, buttocks, and feet.
Since January, I have been slowly recovering. The abdomen is showing signs of clearing which is super exciting! The lower legs are still swollen and oozing. The pain levels are now down to basically zero.
Scaling has also been slowing down in general as I recover from this latest healing crisis, of which I hope is the last. I’m done postulating on whether it will be or not.
Here are some pictures from May 8th. I will post some more from the end of May to compare over 2-3 weeks time span.
