I’m coming up on my year anniversary! The first year from the date I started my divorce with Psoriasis ;).
There have been a lot of ups and downs so far. I am seeing amazing progress, especially the past four weeks. The Psoriasis is healing the most on my scalp and shoulders. My chest, abdomen, thighs and more of my oldest spots are free of excess chunks of skin and less red.
I can see freckles and veins on my shoulders I haven’t seen in over two years! This is so exciting, and I feel strongly that what I’m doing can work for anyone.
The itching is coming to an end.
One thing I have noticed throughout this past year was an increase in small Guttate-type spots forming up and down both forearms and my lower right leg. It seems Β that they collect like satellites around my large, old plaques.
There are a bunch of them, and at first it was a bit nerve wracking as they vastly multiplied. I went back and re-read some chapters from The pH Miracle on the aspects of die-off symptoms getting more aggressive and sporadic before and as they get better.
These “satellite psoriasis spots” don’t behave like the old spots did as they came about. These are more like acne, I’ve noticed bumps, lumps and some white-heads. Some come and go quickly. Most are now fading.
The main two aspects I’ve noticed is that they run along my largest veins down my arms and they are now surrounded by slight rashes. Β I think these are toxin exhaust points for my body as it filters out microforms.
It makes sense that, as my body clears out microforms from concentrated areas around my core and vital organs, it needs to isolate and exhaust them at the extremities.
At the end of the day, my body is going through a constant waste removal process, working overtime. There is a lot of work to do and I continue to fuel up!
I think the most important natural remedy for Psoriasis right now, is the Cell Power drops. On my six-week travel in July, they were the only thing I was adding everyday, and my diet certainly wasn’t great.
Trust me, as you modify your diet and lifestyle to heal Psoriasis naturally, you will be trying many things, finding what works for you, and constantly studying results with a magnifying glass. So every new spot that pops up has potential to be devastating.
These little spots are going to come, and they will go away as well, so when you see ’em, don’t sweat ’em! These are signs that your immune system is identifying the invaders and they are being eliminated.
Don’t sweat the small stuff!
Stay focused on all the positive reinforcement you are providing your body to heal itself and the decrease in your oldest plaques.
So the three main signs of microform die-off and progress are:
- groups of small spots classified as “Guttate Psoriasis” in the arms and legs
- rashes that resemble poison ivy symptoms
- an increase in nail psoriasis
I’m going to keep up the good fight, I have seen plenty of tangible improvement. I am convinced. I believe I am see signs of healing Psoriasis naturally!

I’m so glad to hear that you are gaining from my journey. This blog and videos are all a product of my conviction. It keeps me going and focused. I needed an outlet when I first started my paradigm shift a year ago, and all of you amazing folks across the globe supporting me is bringing my healing along. I just hope to return the favor! Thanks Denise, I just love to hear that…
I couldn’t get Black Seed on my trip to the states, I reloaded on my drops, super green food powder (I went with a new brand, that I’m going to add to my remedies post), liquid chlorophyll and key supplements. I’m really interested to hear about your progress with Black Seed Oil, I think it’s going to work great! My strongest suggestion is to start adding the Cell Power and liquid chlorophyll to your water, 4 liters a day to flush out the toxins!

Ooops sorry about that… I posted a lengthy reply but I’m not sure it registered? so I tried x3 sorry…
Is there a limit to characters on the reply?

I’ll try again π …
Thanks for another great post and I can most certainly relate to the new small spots that appear.
Right now I’m focussing on both liver flushing and healing the gut.
I’ve introduced a broad spectrum digestive enzyme which includes HCL & Ox Bile, these really help with digestion! After each liver flush (x2 so far) my skin (small spots) break out, which as you describe, I hope is old toxic release. Have you tried cleansing your liver at all?
Keep up the great work. I’m totally with you on this healing journey
Warrior says
Hey Garry – It’s quite alright. That’s an interesting way of healing the gut, I like it. I focused primarily on milk thistle, all cell detox, slippery elm powder tea, a lot of greens (broccoli being #1) and omega fatty acids, cold-pressed extra-virgin olive oil. For the first six months I sipped a tablespoon straight per day!
Also, I’d suggest some powdered grasses/greens. Any mix will be good, look at your local nutrition store, I have a brand on my natural Psoriasis remedies list.
The #1 practice overall that I know is working so well, is green juicing. I know I sound like a broken record, but Garry, I’m teling you, it’s gonna put you in a Lamborghini for your healing journey.
An update to this post is that my arms, face and legs have broken out in a mild rash. My skin feels different than it ever has, it’s still flaking, but the spots are losing their perfect circle nature and dispersing into large rash and red spots. I think the waste removal process is progressing nicely. My face and scalp are doing really well.
I did full colonics with a certified Hydrotherapist for about a year, every time i go back to my hometown I get one. If you can find a good place, I would suggest having one done, then if you feel good (you will), do one per month, than bi-weekly. They completely clean out your guts with body-temperature water, painless, comfortable, just bring a good book or mag π We walk on this path together. – Matt

Thanks Matt, some more great advice…
I’m already juicing x2 a day along with bone broth and slippery elm tea.
I’m carrying out daily coffee enemas to stimulate the liver and as I prev posted, I’m doing bi-weekly liver flushes.
Have you liver flushed at all?
Cheers
Garry

Quite an interesting read about awakening the toxins but are we actually releasing them?
https://www.mindbodygreen.com/0-3461/Dont-Try-a-Detox-Without-Knowing-This.html
I’ve read numerous articles about detoxing, when we fail to eliminate the toxins through the correct channels we can potentially reobsorb the toxins which can trigger a breakout due to the toxins being back in the bloodstream. As you know, our skin then comes to the rescue = Psoriasis.
I guess we should be having 2-3 bowel movements per day in order to exit these toxins. If we’re not then colonics or enemas maybe the perfect support?
Just a thought
Warrior says
That was an interesting article and exactly the lesson that my colon hydrotherapist gave me when i first met her. She is excellent, and educated me on the process of awakening and the MOST important aspect of continuously releasing.
I think, in our case of Psoriasis, which is already deeply rooted in the skin, #2, #4 and #5 are inevitable outcomes as toxins release. I certainly have felt fatigued, getting full 8 hours of sleep every night and trying to keep my portions and acidic foods minimized to ease the pressure of digestion on the body…
This article certainly reinforces the benefits of finding a good colon hydrotherapist and flush it out!
Warrior says
Hey Garry! I have flushed the eliminatory organs using colonics in the past, I started with 3 colonics in 4 weeks Sept ’12 before I started with slippery elm and american saffron. I continued to focus on juicing veggies such as broccoli and celery along with beets to really move the bowels. I have never used a flush or cleansing kit for the colon, I didn’t want to over do it at first, I had a large mountain of toxins to climb…
2-3 bowel movements is relative to how much you are ingesting that the body isn’t using as well. With my low calorie liquid diet during the day, I typically have 2 bowel movements, both in the morning. Then urinate at least 5-7 times as I flush through 3-4 liters of alkaline water.
You are right, the toxins get back into the blood and they activate, so even more important to focus on flushing/alkalizing the bloodstream. I have noticed this reentry to the bloodstream a lot recently, as I have had itching reactions, puffiness, rashing and swelling. But, the spots are forming into rash, and I see as the rash lightens, the spot is going with it, almost like it is BLOWIN UP! I know this is because the pathogens are being rooted from the upper epidermal layers and being washed back into the bloodstream and out!
I have an exciting update post i’m working on called “Telltale Signs That Psoriasis Is Healing” where I will go over this in more detail!

I’m convinced a clean diet with supplements is great, but the problem is much deeper.
The Liver and colon cleansing might be key to removing the old toxins we are beginning to stir up in our bodies?!?

I like the word “autointoxication”, that is what so many are suffering from, whether it manifests in indigestion, skin issues, cancers, high blood pressures, heart-attacks, it all starts in the guts, and it all moves with the colon. The problem for most toxic situations, is the colon isn’t moving anything and allowing the body to become toxic.
This is the focus. I see that along with hydrotherapy, he suggests chiropractic adjustment of the spine. Pagano also touches on this. I haven’t had it done, it could make a big difference. I know the colonics do. I don’t have a good hydrotherapist down here where I live in Mexico, but I think my kickstart was good, and I’ve settled into cruise control with juicing raw veggies and keeping up the liquid chlorophyll, grass powders and alkalizing drops in my water.
He mentions his REPEL supplement, I have an herbal that I use that certainly works called “All Cell Detox” by nature’s sunshine products.
I am certainly up for an experiment, lets team up on this! I’ll send you an email, you’re awesome Garry, we are doin’ this together!

Hi Warrior , I am on the same journey too. I have small patches one below the knee and some on the scalp, tried the lotions during early days and quit. Moisturizing daily was the only routine I stuck through and ignored it otherwise. I was recently diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis and was prescribed methotrexate. This was my wake up call considering the side effects. I started looking up the web for natural alternatives and hit on Dr pagano’s diet. I am trying to follow it through for the last 2 weeks. The swelling has reduced but the slight pain is still around. If I may ask, what is the % improvement you have noticed once you have started the diet?
cheers
Joy
Warrior says
Hi Joy,
I apologize for the delay in reply. I have to dig through tons of spam comments to find the real Warriors out there who have a note for me! π
Have you started the methotrexate yet? I did metho for 4 months. I can talk to you about it from experience, the short answer is, it’s a blanket prescription for those who are diagnosed with different types of P. It’s a strong immune inhibitor. I’m sure you’ve done your own research.
If you are taking it, is it alleviating your pain? It started to remove my spots, I was so excited, but then, they became more aggressive, and new spots showed up. The doc wanted me to double dosage from 8 to 16! I said no thanks.
I am about 80% clear. I’ve been transitioning my diet for a year now. I want to be clear, it is not so much about what you SHOULD NOT eat, it’s about the foods and liquids you need to ADD to alkalize your blood and tissues.
I’m going to write up a guide with the steps I take and amounts I eat/drink every day.
I do follow some of Pagano’s diet. I feel his book is too granular and has too many moving parts. The 3 aspects I do appreciate the most from him is:
1. Slippery Elm tea to heal the gut wall
2. American safflower to flush and heal the kidneys
3. Full colonics to clean the intestines and Colon.
The book I follow for what to ADD to alkalize the blood is called the pH Miracle, I have it in my list here:
http://www.psoriasisdiary.com/2013/08/05/psoriasis-remedies/
Transition is everything when you choose to heal Psoriasis this way….The only way. Pagano’s apple diet to start, I just find to be silly.
Pagano got me thinking, The pH Miracle got me moving. That’s just me π
Joy F says
Thanks Warrior, appreciate your response. Also I must congratulate you on being 80% clear! That is quite a feat!
No, I never started consuming Mtx although I bought it as soon as the doc prescribed.
I am the only bread winner for my entire family(with aged parents and inlaws to look after) and did not want to be down with lower immunity and endure its consequences. I am fortunate to be allowed to work from home so decided I will go the natural route. Even if I am not cured entirely atleast I won’t be down with fever, infections etc. I can live with a limp but cannot skip work. That was my rationale for not beginning with Mtx.
I have started w/ diet(no gluten, diary, sugar, peppers etc) minus the apple diet and colonic cleansing . The swelling has come down, but a small limp is still there. The psoriatic patch has paled considerably may-be glycerin+witch hazel is doing the trick along w/ the diet. I have also started with black seed oil one tea-spoonful in the morning followed by slippery elm bark powder drink.
Also I consume ginger+turmeric tea atleast once a day, spouse has been extremely supportive , I am thankful to almighty for that.
Thanks for the link, I went through it , but are you still on diet(no gluten, diary, sugar, peppers etc) or are you just taking the water with all additives mentioned in the link?
I can wait for the psoriatic patch to heal but the knee joint pain is the one that is concerning. Waiting for your food/diet guide π
regards,
Joy

HI mat,
This has all just happened to me at the age of 37 from possibly a strep throat infection. My doctor gave me topical steroids for over a year with systemic ones too and now my skin has gone like yours.
They want to put me on some serious medication. I tried one ciclosporine pill the other day and thought I was going to die. Never again.
This place in Tulum you live looks beautiful. I have been signed off work for the immediate future and was thinking of going to Tulum. Do you rent or own and can you give me details on this place as I’d like to spend some time there.
Matt Ludwig says
Hey Damon!
Tulum has been very beneficial for my healing, it’s beautiful here. I just rent a place and use it as a home office.
It’s a peaceful paradise with the most amazing beaches and nature in the world that I know of.
You should certainly plan a trip down. We can have a Psoriasis retreat!
